Increase your sodium intake, because although low blood pressure is not usually a clinical problem, it is definitely a nuisance which can make you feel bad during the day; Take some aspirin for the chills. As for the drowsiness, you may want to add some Panax Ginseng to your daily medication regimen--but eventually you will develop a tolerance for the Topamax sedation.
