Hi...

There is no problem to combo ssri with Effexor. But you should stick to Celexa or Zoloft. These two agent are less likely to interact with the Effexor, and the risk for serotonin syndrom is minimal.

One I add 30 mg Celexa to 375 mg Effexor, without any problem.
