Trazodone isn't an SSRI. It's a relatively weak inhibitor of serotonin reuptake, in fact. It has other, and fairly complicated, effects on the serotonin system, though.
Trazodone isn't supposed to cause sexual dysfunction; I've even heard of it being used to treat sexual dysfunction. There is a very rare sexual side effect that occasionally occurs: priapism, or very prolonged, painful erection. (Yes, it can happen to women too.) This is very serious and can require surgery in extreme cases. I have to stress again that it's very rare, though.
A lot of people find trazodone very sedating, although that's something that often goes away after a little while.
