But then I read Caffeine increases gastric stomach (acidic) excretion, so am I increasing of decreasing the effects of Dextrostat/Dexedrine by taking it with 100 mg Caffeine?

Milk is alkaline to start off (the calcium), but becomes acidic when the fats/proteins get to being digested (try no-fat or low-fat milk). Iced tea with aspartame (not sugar), might be best. You will get theophylline as well as caffeine. I heard you say that your pdoc didn't like Spansules because they were inconsistent. Well, I think that half the dosage is released in the small intestine. Maybe spansules + caffeinated tea (no sugar) would be the best thing?Mitch
