Hi,Tapering the klonopin can definately give you rebound insomnia, there is no doubt about this.
Its likely that you may struggle with this until you are off the medicine completely, unless you are using sleep aids like ambien.
Tapering the medicine more slowly will alleviate rebound symptoms, but you obviously trade-off time to get off the medicine.Best Wishes,
