Hi there,

My training programs were initially reduced to rubble due to enervating AD side-effects.I'm highly med.sensitive, but I can recall being hardly able to push the pedals on my bike (or ride in a straight line)on Remeron.Effexor (at 75mg and especially 150mg) caused me to weaken and overheat quite badly whilst running.Tricyclics didn't seem to weaken me to such a degree, but they had their other debilitating effects .Prozac (20mg)made gave me a terrific energy boost, but that dosage was way too high for me to tolerate. With time (a month or two) the weakening effect of all of these meds did subside, but many people experience diminished athletic performance once the dosage is raised past a certain point.

Col.
