Jeanie,

I'm on my 11th day. The first 4 I took 10 mg. Then I went to two dosages of 10 mg a day. One in the morning the other in the early afternoon. I feel tired too. I thought this med would energize me but it hasn't so far. I also feel disassociated from people. (sort of hope this is the social phobia aspect of it kicking in). It's not a bad disassociation it just makes me feel a little less anxity around the people. I am a caregiver and go to people's homes mostly but have one client who is in an assisted living residence which has been difficult. I also will be starting a CNA training course on Tuesday so will be with lots of people. I'm hoping I can get through this with this new med. Otherwize I'll have lost the tution. So I'm pushing it a bit. I'll keep you updated. The appitite thing... well I noticed it the last time I went grocrey shopping, so that would be the last week. (shop once a week). Each med can have different side effects and then if you combine this with other things... well you may not get the same results. I opted for Parnate because Nardil makes some people gain weight and I can't afford that. I'm diabetic type 2 also. (so overweight too). I haven't gotten the better quality of sleep. I sort of feel like I don't sleep. Drowsy during the day sort of foggy, but not sleepy so that I sleep soundly. I have dreams that are like my feelings are coming out in the dreams. But when I'm awake I feel calm. Still depressed and anxious but better. I'm hoping this med will work. Good luck to you too. mouse
