Hi Ron,I don't know if I really can single out a given medicine. I think it is mainly the combination of Lamictal and Serzone. The topamax may be playing a role too, as it precipitated some hypomania a few months back. The Serzone add on was late in the game and that is when I really got the "dopamine kick". But this is transient with some mood cycling.
