Yes and yes. Luvox for OCD is PURE marketing. In Europe, Luvox is used as a first line drug for depression. Also, I read that Solvay is trying to get Luvox FDA approved for depression.

Silly little bureaucratic rules and regulations that gets in the way of getting work done.
