Why were you placed on an SSRI in the first place? Is it addressing your problem? What do you plan to take if you come off of Celexa? I have to warn you that from personal experience, none of the SSRIs (as well as Effexor) are easy to come off of, and Celexa certainly is not the worst. I would venture a guess that Paxil, Luvox, and Effexor are all substantially worse. Tricyclics and MAOIs are sometimes not easy to get off of either for some individuals. Of course, experience varys with the individual.
