Milnacipran (IXEL) the second SNRI

Does anyone know more about Milnacipran (available in Austria under the name IXEL and in Japan: name ?) or have experiences with this SNRI ? It should work like Efexor (Venlafaxine) based on its mechanism. Faster onset of action ? Higher response rate ?
