You should be cautious about soy products, although when I was taking Nardil I spent some time in this wacky, totally stereotypical vegetarian co-op in southern California, and I didn't have any problems with a little bit of tofu, soy milk, and the like here and there. Still, I'd suggest that you get a BP monitor (the manual ones are pretty inexpensive and pretty easy to learn to use) so you can check. Remember that hypertensive episodes are easily treatable, you just have to be able to diagnose them.

Anyway, I can't think of any other vegetarian-specific foods that are even a potential problem.
