Thank you both. Yes, that's a good point. I have severe depression from having Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for many years. I get suicidal, but never attempt it because of my faith in God. My fears have recently become worse ... fear of people, etc. ... I think because of having no family support, and my mother just recently totally cutting me out of her life. I just recently figured out that she clearly has Borderline Personality Disorder. Anyway... long story, but I guess you could just say that there are many aspects to my fear/anxiety right now.I'll talk with my pdoc more about this, and my new therapist, when I see her.
