the first time i took effexor i was on 300mgs and about 2 weeks passed by and just like you said i woke up one day and felt unreal. effexor worked fine for about oe year then pooped out.
i will wait for the Nardil to kick in. just like it took anafranil 3 weeks to kick in when i was younger.
