Well, there's RLS like the kind a little kid displays who has to go to the restroom really bad. You can also feel this if you are anxious...whatever. ;)And then there is RLS, sometimes compared with "akathisia", which can be felt from taking antipsychotic medicines and sometimes antidepressants (but not usually).
I have felt both. hmmmm....but they are not the same feeling to me at all.
I don't know if we are on the same page?
Regards,
John> Anybody hear of this before? I think i have it. My grandmother has it too. I desribed it as anxiety, but then I heard about RLS and i think i have this and not anxiety. My symptoms are pain in my legs at night that make me want to go running just to calm down. It has been bad in the past. I used to toss and turn all night long. I still do , but my ex -bf used to hover over me while i wiggled around on the bed underneath him and try and get comfy. He got sick of hovering over me waiting to go to sleep. He would instead grab my hand pull me in my common area at school, put some music on and we would ballroom dance in my suite. Sounds romantic huh? Yeah I thought it was cute too, but he was doing it just to get my legs tired enough to fall alseep. And i just found out that anti depressants make RLS worse. just my luck...
