I had the increase in energy for a few days, but it gradualy disappeared (although I'm not as fatigued during the day as I was before).

Not yet... I bet they will once I increase the dosage. (Surprisingly, I didn't get any "YOU have Parkinson's?" questions.) The only problem I had was finding a pharmacy that carried it.
