I had no sedation/sleep help with Serzone. After the first 10 days, it agitated me terribly to where I would just keep crying. I stayed on it a couple of more weeks and raised my dose gradually to where I was taking about 350-400 mgs a day. It really agitated me. I did not find it sedating. However, it works differently for many folks. It just was not for me. I hope you have better luck.
