wellbutrin = better sleep?

Posted by mike21 on March 15, 2002, at 19:02:18

I recently read about a study that showed wellbutrin increased rem (dream) sleep:

I don't know if this would improve my sleep or not, as I already seem to dream a lot. My sleep is pretty light after the first 6 hours or so. I experience early morning waking and it usually takes at least an hour to get back to sleep.

Has anyone experienced improved sleep with this med? What was your sleep like before and after?

Thanks,

Mike
