In reply to anyone work while they are depressed?, posted by ross on March 14, 2002, at 7:54:10
In the past I've always gone to work by hook or by crook. This time round though it has been really difficult because I've been much more agitated so although I've got myself to work in an automated fashion the rest of the day has been totally unproductive with my constantly dashing off for countless cigarettes, I'm sure people must notice me pacing up and down outside chain smoking. I seem to calm down later on in the day (like the calm after the storm) but feel very weak, so manage to acomplish a few things. The zyprexa (as I keep saying) has really helped me to function when I've been totally functionless and useless.
I know people say that it is best to stick to a routine but sometimes even going to work doestn't seem to help.
