John,
I was amazed, pleased and impressed (and actually understood most of it!) with what you told me about Serzone.
I am guessing that you do A LOT of Internet searching and reading on the various meds, illnesses etc., and I'm going to *assume* that the others on here who respond with the degree of specificty that you did also do a lot of their own research.
However, HOW DO YOU REMEMBER IT ALL? For example, did you just remember that Serzone blocks, i.e. gets in the way of serotonin activating, a particular serotonin receptor (5ht-2a) that people think is linked to anxiety and depression or do you print out material and then refer to it when a related question comes up?
You rattled off a bunch of other things about Serzone and one thing about Zyprexa (ironic cuz I'm on that one!) and again I can't help but wonder do you just recall all of this very detailed, scientific info or do you have printed material that you refer to?
Also, do you think it's a *safe assumption* that others here who post specific, technical detailed info about receptor sites, reuptake, etc. also do a lot of Internet research and print it out for reference?
Thanks for enlightening me here.
