> Hi,

> I have had good success with Klonopin .5mg for sleep, neck pain and severe anxiety. Celexa @ 20mg helps depression a lot. But I am energyless. Feel like sleeping in the daytime. Hard time finishing projects or feeling joy. Dr. suggested Wellbutrin 100mg as a supplement. Last year when I tried it I felt that I needed more klonopin to control anxiety and got worried and stopped it. I am considering trying it again. Any advice? I want to be more productive but still prevent insomnia and anxiety. I am in my late 50's and have a lot of responsibilities right now and can't risk a setback. I have tried reading posts but would appreciate a little feedback. You are all sooooo great! Thanks

Jane,This sounds like a replica of my situation! I am in awe. I take a bit of Xanax, Celexa @ 20mg. daily, and Buspar. I often feel the same way that you complain of. Yes, most likely, this combo is depleting you of dopamine, and norepinephrine. Start with some vitamin C. I just recently started 500 mg. a day a few weeks ago, and I feel much more pleasure and reward already. I also feel more energetic too. Vitamin C is the precursor to dopamine and norepinephrine. Without enough of it, forget even producing enough dopamine for the Wellbutrin to work with. L-Tyrosine is the other key factor in dopamine production. If Wellbutrin is too strong, and makes you too anxious, try this coctail. Ritalin is too powerful for me. Adderal is supposedly less harsh, but I have yet to try it. You can get L-Tyrosine at the health food store. Don't take it with Wellbutrin though. Too much dopamine is not good!
