i've been using it for two months and have not noticed any weight gain. it seems to be helping out as a mood stabilizer & sleep aid. i'm cautiously optimistic about this medication. my p-doc has had good success with seroquel in his bipolar patients, more so than the other atypicals and mood stabilizers.
