I am suicidal myself 3 days per month, welcome to the club.
I know that low-dose ADs help many women, taken all the time however.
Otherwise, the pill can help, especially monophasic ones. I am on that, and I take a break each 4 months only, so that I don't even have my period most of the time.
If it happens again in the next few months, be sure to talk to your doc or pdoc about it, they might adjust your other meds too if they are ADs.
