This is a serious issue. Please discuss it carefully with
your doctor as soon as possible.
The hypothyroidism is certainly not good to maintain mental health
and physical well being in general; and drug interactions are
serious business.
Its usually best to taper any psychotropic AD, and
I would consider SJW a psychotropic AD. I took it/stopped
it twice and was much happier the 2nd time when I
tapered off carefully.
Please discuss your treatment options with your
trained physicians.
