I don't have cognitive decline from topamax.
Take a whopper dose (400 mg).

That's good for you though, if
a med is increasing concentration! I like it.

Can't say what it does to my energy levels
because it's trying to help control bipolar
hypomania for me at the moment!

However, I have had moments of increased energy and quick wittedness that have been unusual in the last two migraine infested, effexor (I'm off that now) years.
