At this point your nervousness may be caused by either your stopping the Resperidole or the doubling of your norpenepherine-reuptake inhibition (Effexor + Geodon). More likely it is a combination of both. Give it time.

It is generally inadvisable to take Kava with a neuroleptic drug such as Geodon (the concensus of opinion is that Kava's effect is attributable to its effect on Dopaminageric receptors - and thus may counteract the benefits of the Geodon). Now do as I say or do as I do - I have been taking Geodon for a couple of months and have found that the only way I can get a good night's sleep is to take large doses of Kava at bedtime in addition to my Trazadone.
