Hi,You might think about what med you may have *discontinued* recently that could be causing this. I was on Gabitril for about three months and titrating upward and did notice some increased chest "tightness", but no real arthritic type things (that effect did go away with time). I get some "chondroital"-type tightness in my upper abdomen with higher-dose Neurontin however (that has been persistent-mainly because I continue to take Neurontin because I respond so well to it otherwise).
