I'm sorry, I've read some of your posts, but haven't had a chance
to respond. Anyways, I think where you are at right now Klonopin
is a good medication for you to be on. For anti-depressants, Serzone
and Remeron may be worth looking into as far as dystonia are concerned,
but you also indicated you are bipolar and some pdocs prefer to
treat that with only mood stabilizer. Here lithium and Lamictal
are the current medicines of choice. Lithium being the old
stand by and Lamictal being kinda a fad. Depakote is
a mainstay too and Neurontin is good sometimes for anxiety.
If you are hitting the wall on pdoc reluctance on
Klonopin then I would start shopping around for
a new pdoc. I have not much experience with social
phobia, so perhaps others may have suggestions. Sorry
