I don't take them now, but when I did I preferred the IR to the SR and I had the generic.
> I've been taking Wellbutrin IR 100mg 3 x a day for almost 1 year. My Dr asked if I would like to try the SR just to reduce the number of pills I'm taking. My first experience with the SR was uncomfortable - I was very agitated and anxious.
> I had to start out 75mgIR 2x then 3x a day and then switched to 100mg. I don't have any bad side effects now, only vivid dreams and occasional irritablity(probably just my personality). I have a good prescription plan and the difference between Generic and Regular is only $5.00.
