PAXIL (paroxetine) dosage.

Hi all,
I'm on Paxil since two week at 20 mg/d.
Now my pdoc sayed me that i should increase (for dep) to 30 mg/d.
I don't know if i should have at one time 30 mg, or 20 in the morning and 10 at the evening.
Which dosage of the two above reduce side effects?
