Thanks for responding.
I was taking the Kira brand so your suggestion wouldn't work. But I switched to the Safeway Select Brand without a loss of effectiveness and those pills you can cut in half although it's not easy:)) Now, I have to experiment with the timing which is a whole other issue.
Are you on it now and if so, how long have you been taking it? I am deperately trying to stay with it because when it works, it is awesome. I also like the fact that my weight has not fluctuated. No, I don't have to be a size 8 but I also didn't enjoy the constant weight gain on Prozac.
Again, thanks for responding as that means alot to me even if I couldn't implement your suggestion.
