My RLS is a side effect of effexor (and paxil before that). FOr me, the combo of effexor and serzone helps a lot. Also, I take a tiny bit (half a mg.) of ativan before bed, and the combo of the three works for me. I used to take klonopin which is supposed to quiet the RLS, but for me, Klonopin was too long acting (I couldn't get up in the morning). Supposedly, the serzone blocks the serotonin activation that causes the muscle restlessness. Combining something with your wellbutrin might be an option--discuss it with your pdoc.
