You make some very good points as usual. I've got a few questions for you:

It really isn't a great antinarcoleptic since it doesn't treat cataplexy; it's better for depression and ADD, IMO. The risk of tolerance to modafinil is probably not that different from the risk of tolerance to Dexedrine.
