I really wish I could help you but I just am not familiar enough with what meds are best with bipolar disorders. I did change the subject thread though, hoping other BP folks would see it & read yours & respond to it.
To be seriously, I think stupid mind games affect everyone. I can't believe how many people play them instead of being upfront with others. You're not alone in being sick of it. Wish I could offer more encouragement.
