Hi Maki,
I was about to ask about you!
I'm very happy to see you're doing better and that you have a positive outlook on your treatment.
I'm doing pretty well myself, but I'm still at 75mg a day. I still have sleep problems, and otherwise I feel better than I have in 21 years as I have no symptoms of dysthymia! Pretty amazing. So perhaps I'll go to a higher dose later, when my sleep is more regular, or perhaps not, if my doc thinks I'm doing OK. Not sure what her definition of OKness is, but I am pretty OK so far. As good as I've ever been in my adult life anyway.
