get a more progressive psychiatrist!! there is no need to suffer...I was taking Prozac (20) and effexor (225) and tegretol...quit that combo, waited maybe five days and went on Nardil (60mg) Neurontin (1800 mg) and Topamax (200mg) with *no* problems...
