Bruising on Effexor XR

Actually, yes I do bruise easily!
I did before, especially on my thighs and legs - blue-purple bruises usually. Now that I'm on Effexor XR however, I bruise on my hands and feet easily as well. Brown bruises.
I was playing with my cat last weekend (fighting with her actually) and she took a small bite at my hand: large brown bruise the day after and since. In the shower yesterday I noticed I had a large brown bruise on my left foot too. No idea how it even happened!
So I am suspecting the Effexor has something to do with it, although I am not sure.
