Hi-
A massage would do wonders for you. They are not as expensive as one might think (in case that's a hindrance). It will help to unlock those muscles and give you some relief! Massage also helps with depression on several levels. Look in to a massage school near you for some great deals or get a recommendation from someone. There are also web sites dedicated to massage therapists in your area.
