AFAIK, MAOIs don't potentiate alcohol. My own experience, in fact, was that alcohol had no noticeable effect on me when I was taking Nardil. (I didn't drink significant amounts when I was on Parnate, selegiline, and Marplan.)
I doubt there is any significant interaction with GHB. There's no pharmacologic reason to suppose there would be, and there are no case reports in the literature.
I don't think that GHB would be so great for social phobia -- I'd expect that tolerance would develop pretty rapidly. I wouldn't expect selegiline to be very good for SP either because of its l-amphetamine metabolites (I found it rather jittery, personally).
My vote is for Nardil + Klonopin or Xanax.
