> KatActually, and again only in my experience, the thoughts don't become less or disappear. It's just that you can learn to take them less seriously. Sort of "Oh, I'm doing it again." You can learn to fear the thoughts less and pay them less attention. I think the thoughts themselves are some sort of brain malfunction and only medications can help that.
