> Hi. Yes, It arrived last week, and I hooked it up just the other night, so I've had about 3 mornings experience with it. So far, I like it. I have it set to take 30 minutes to "rise". I notice I wake up toward the end of that 30 minutes, when the light is fully or nearly-fully lit. I have no recall of having any awareness of the light before waking. I have to read the pamphlet about the pace if you set it for longer. It says something about starting off very gradually and then picking up speed, supposedly to mimic a real sunrise.

But, for me, as an adjunct to the bright light therapy, since I have to get up before sunrise, it is nicer to get up to light than to sound, which is my back up, set on my regular clock for a few minutes after the sunrise, (the dawn simulator also has an optional sound alarm, but it rings the same time as the end of the sunrise, and I haven't use it because I wanted to test how it is waking up to light alone).
*************************************************Hi, Noa. Thank you so much for the information! Would you tell me where you got it? I also have a sun box, which I purchased through Apollo Light Systems. I saw them advertise in a medical journal. I hear the Sunbox Company is good, too. Did you get your dawn simulator at either of those two places or someplace else?
