The above is untrue. I personally am testament to this. I suffered a bothersome case of EPS from just 50 mg of Seroquel this past fall. Atypical anti-psychotics can and do cause EPS. Its a myth Atypicals never cause EPS.

Clozapine is supposed to be the only atypical which supposedly "never" causes EPS.
