You can combine them. Im sure you are aware of Tegretol's effect on the metabolism of other drugs..however, all 3 of these meds do act on the serotonin system: Tegretol stimulates the release of serotonin (as a secondary action), Lamictal interacts with the 5ht3 receptor and the re-uptake pump, and Parnate, as you know is a MAOI. Im sure your doc would not have precribed all 3 meds if s/he didn't think it was advisable
