Hi...

Yes, I have seen some case of high doses Celexa in refractary cases. Up to 120 mg for some instanse. You can be a rapid metabolizer, and then need exessive doses.

Often one makes a combo if Celexa monoterapi not is enough, with for exampel Remeron or Wellbutrin.

There is often no risk with high doses sssr regarding serotonin syndrom in monoterapi. I saw a patient with OCD using 120 mg celexa and 80 mg Buspar with excellent result, and no side effect.
