side effects of zoloft and wellbutrin sr together

Hi,
I'm taking 200mg of zoloft and 150mg of wellbutrin sr daily, and for the past year or so I have been experiencing facial swellin of my lips and swelling and itching of my palms. do you have any suggestions for ameliorating these side effects.
