Yes yes yes!!! This is exactly how I was on Paxil. I was soooo fatigued all the time. I would drink cup after cup of caffeine and sometimes it would just make the fatigue worse (and make my feet feel swollen...). But it wasn't like that at first. At first, Paxil wired me out in a sick way with anxiety and chills and tremor, and it mixed very badly with caffeine. It wasn't until I had been on the Paxil about a month (when the fatigue kicked in) that my caffeine tolorance seemed to go exponential on me.MB
