Your SSRI Prozac may be causing the insomnia, as the SSRI-class is prone to doing. Perhaps you can switch to the noradrenergic and dopaminergic drug buproprion in the daytime; SR version of which may cause less insomnia.
I wonder what kind of sleeping pills you take and whether or not you have tried Kava or melatonin.
