SSRI/Effexor withdrawal question?

Hello,

When tapering off Effexor or other AD's, do you notice a temporary worsening of depression and anxiety? Or, do you think such a worsening of symptoms is merely a return of the illness?

If you've had experience with this issue, please post away!
