I tried tianeptine for only 2 or 3 weeks and I don't remember the dose. It was 2 years ago and I did'nt get any response. Through the years with the many things ive tried only two things worked, Parnate was one and Librium was the other and they both were totally effective the first day but they both quit helping after 3 months.I allmost forgot my experience with Ketoconazole, it helped for 6 weeks or so. Every year I try Parnate in the spring and again its been effective for 3 months. The rest of the year I try other treatments. Trying Requip and Mirapex at present.

I would like to give it a good trial because, unlike most other antidepressants I've tried over the years, Tianeptine's side effects seem fairly benign, and that's significant!
