If you're getting lack of appeitite, don't jinx yourself by saying it could reverse itself. Hee hee.

For the insomnia you may choose to procure an over-the-counter sedative like diphenhydramine (Benadryl, the most popular) or doxylamine succinate (nytol). Or ask your doctor for further information of course.
